Your Bone Rock Girl HOPES this latest blog finds you all well, that you’ve had a great summer and you’re ready for the fall transition. I myself am looking so forward to the next few months. My favorite holiday, Halloween, is fast approaching! Unless you wanna find yourself with a lame costume, I suggest you get out there and get something cool, a.s.a.p. ;) I’ve spent the last few weeks bidding farewell to the warm summer weather, and in style I might add. I enjoyed the company of some great Bone listeners, as well as some of my closest friends at my Miller calendar signing at Hooter’s in Dublin. Everyone had a great time and left happy. Not only were the wings especially delicious, the beer flowin’, and the Hooters chicks looking as gorgeous as ever, we were giving away 49er tickets like crazy! Thanks to all who came out and said hello, in particular all of my Reply friends. And of course, thanks to the Hooter’s crew for having me. You guys are awesome!
I even got to take a shot at the obstacle course that was set up right there in Faithful City! Surprisingly, I stuck the football pretty far before the bungee cord quickly snapped me back, LOL. The drumline was on point, in unison with their beats and movements. And my hot dog and orzo lunch was so yummy! Although I froze by booty off, I had a great time hanging out with all of the die-hard 49er fans. Last, but certainly not least, was my L.A. trip to the Playboy Mansion! I spent a week in LaLa Land with my friend, Jeremy, earlier this month. I did some shopping, hung out by the pool, and visited the Playboy Empire with a bunch of beautiful (and scantily clad) people. The theme was "Rock The Mansion," and that we did. The guests dressed accordingly and we enjoyed great live music and tasty food. Watch out for that open bar, though, ha ha. I even met a couple of cool Boneheads from the Bay Area. Small world, huh? Hef and the Girls Next Door were M.I.A., but I’m glad I can say that I’ve partied at the Mansion. It’ll be one of those stories I can tell my kids one day, LOL.
I can’t wait to see what the autumn season has in store for all of us. And even though the last official weekend of summer has passed, I encourage all of you to get out there and make the most of the few sunny days we have left! Until next time, Boneheads, keep it tuned to 107.7 The Bone, baby! Peace & Love, Hope
